Held under the Pavillion at Crawfish Town USA before & during the Fais Do Do featuring Lil Nathan and the Zydeco Big Timers.

Mail in your entry form before March 12, 2009 to participate in the Cook-Off. Categories are Seafood Gumbo and Chicken & Sausage Gumbo. (Entry form can be found on the Crawfish Town USA website.)
